Production time

Silver pieces leave the atelier within one week. Gold-plated pieces are made to order and take about 10 days before they ship. The same applies to silver pieces gold-plated on request.

I pack every piece by hand and send it with DHL, with tracking.

Shipping costs

• Germany: free
• Other EU countries: €14.90
• Rest of the world: €19.99

Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country on delivery.

Returns

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. Full details and the online withdrawal form: Widerrufsbelehrung / Right of withdrawal.

Prices

As a small business under § 19 UStG, I do not charge VAT.
